Chrysler Group LLC has reached another milestone, extending our streak of year-over-year sales gains to 36-consecutive months. The Company also had its best monthly sales since December 2007.
The last time Chrysler had a similar streak was from February 1992 through December 1994 with a sales streak of 35-consecutive months. In '92, Bill Clinton had just become president, "A Few Good Men" had a few million people quoting the line "you can't handle the truth" and a gallon of gas cost a buck five.

June was Record-Setting Month for Chrysler Group U.S. Sales

For many of our 2012 and 2013 family of cars, trucks, SUVs and cross-overs, June 2012 was a record-setting month. While it was only our third best month of the year with 144,811 in sales for a +20% above June 2011, it was a big deal for seven of our vehicles.
The 2013 Dodge Dart saw its first sales -- thanks largely to our dealer drive-away events last month -- with 202 officially sold.

I'd give Chrysler Group's U.S. January sales a C.
Or, rather two Cs.
Huge increase in car sales combined with consistency across all brands in growth drove our U.S. sales last month.
For the big picture, January sales were 101,149, which is up 44% compared to January 2011. It was the 22nd consecutive month of year-over-year sales growth, the eighth straight month of 20% or more sales growth, and the best January since 2008.
