The 2013 Dodge Dart Scores Again by Jen Herman February 8, 2013 3:03 PM The all-new 2013 Dodge Dart has captured its 27th award since its introduction. The latest award comes from MotorWeek. Television's longest-running automotive series named the Dodge Dart the best compact car of 2013. The announcement came at the 2013 Chicago Auto Show. MotorWeek called the Dart “the perfect mix of Italian flair and American ingenuity.” MotorWeek road-tested the 2013 Dodge Dart and noted that the Dart “trumps other compacts with lots of high-tech features like a configurable Thin Film Transistor gauge panel, available heated steering wheel and keyless entry, a huge touch screen navigation... SPEED TV's 'Test Drive' Features 2013 SRT Viper by Dan Reid January 15, 2013 1:53 PM The widely popular “Test Drive” program on Speed TV, hosted by multitime road-racing champion and SRT Motorsports factory driver Tommy Kendall, will feature the 2013 SRT Viper this week. Set to air at 6:30 p.m. Eastern time Tuesday, Jan. 15, the one-hour show will highlight the return of the fifth-generation Viper sports car. Kendall will be joined on this edition of “Test Drive” by various co-hosts, including 1991 IndyCar champion Michael Andretti. Gilles Rolls Up Sleeves, Helps Build Viper by Jeff Kalinowski December 18, 2012 4:30 PM Conner Avenue (Detroit) Assembly Plant Team Leader Tony Banks welcomed a new addition to his team when President/CEO of SRT Brand Ralph Gilles arrived at the plant on Dec. 18. Gilles wasn’t there for a meeting or for a tour. He was ready to assemble a Viper with the other members of Banks’ team. Before assigning Gilles his job for the day, Banks and the team reviewed safety, quality and cycle time specifications with their new teammate. The men's magazine is showering three red-hot Chrysler Group models with recognition in its annual RPM Awards next month. The RPM Awards recognize the fastest, sleekest, most jaw-dropping awesome cars of the year. In fact, Chrysler scored more awards than any other automaker.
