In hockey terms, Chrysler Group has completed a hat trick, Ward’s AutoWorld Editor-in-chief Drew Winter said during this year’s 2013 Ward’s 10 Best Engines luncheon.

The event marked the third consecutive year Chrysler Group’s 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 has earned a spot on WardsAuto’s prestigious list of the industry’s most outstanding engines.

The engine was the lone winner to be tested in a truck, the 2013 Ram 1500.
