Drivers from Team Dodge, Mopar and Ram Truck will be in action on- and off-road across the U.S.

 

 

NASCAR

Tonight, Keselowski, the reigning NASCAR Nationwide Series champion, will drive his No. 22 Discount Tire/Ruby Tuesday Dodge Challenger in the Dollar General 300 Miles of Courage race at Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway. Keselowski’s team is coming off a victory last weekend in the Kansas Lottery 300.

 

On Saturday, the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup resumes at Charlotte in the Bank of America 500. Penske Racing teammates Brad Keselowski and Kurt Busch are right in the thick of things coming into race number five of the 10-race challenge:

 

  • Keselowski and his No. 2 Miller Lite Dodge Charger R/T enter the race with three top five finishes in the last four races, including a third-place effort last week at Kansas Speedway. He gained two positions in the points standings and is now in fourth place, 11 behind leader Carl Edwards.
     
  • Penske Teammate Kurt Busch, driving the No. 22 Shell/Pennzoil Dodge Charger R/T, started 17th and finished 13th at Kansas. He’s in sixth place in the Chase standings, 16 points behind Edwards.

NHRA

Mopar® Dodge Avenger NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series Pro Stock driver Allen Johnson enters the final three races of the NHRA Countdown to the Championship playoffs this weekend at the 27th Annual NHRA Arizona Nationals event, which is the fourth race of the playoffs.

 

If you can't make it live, you can watch  the NHRA Nationals on ESPN2.

 

Traxxas TORC Series

Mopar® Ram Truck drivers are in the thick of the championship battle in each of the three PRO classes, with the Traxxas TORC Series heading into the season finale this weekend in Floresville, Texas. Andrew Caddell already has wrapped up a title for Mopar and Ram, while Bryce Menzies looks to bring home a championship, as does Ricky Johnson.

 

In the race for the Manufacturer’s Championship, Ram leads in the Pro 2WD Truck and PRO Light Truck divisions, and is third in the Pro 4x4 Truck division, heading into the championship weekend.
